Berlin Bombshells

We, the Berlin Bombshells, are fans of action - but always protecting our brain. Of course with helmets from Nutcase.

We were founded in May 2008, a few curious girls, excited to play Roller Derby. Meanwhile we are grown up to a Team of about 100 members. A real league arised and now there is a Team A and Team B, two Hometeams, „the Good, the Bad and the Gorgeous“ and the „Fantastic Fourteen“, a third Hometeam is planned.

We play all around Europe, because of the growing popularity of this sports. This year we‘ve been to Leeds visiting the Roller Dolls, the Rollin‘ Heartbreakers from Kopenhagen visited us and our Team B boutet in Malmö against the Crime City Rollers.
There are also many german Bouts and last year we were vice champion of the first german Roller Derby Championship.

For us protection is very important. This means knee- elbow- and wrist-protection and first of all a helmet! For our tremendous urge to move a Nutcase is essential.
Why does Nutcase means living for us? It prevented us from serious brain injuries by his hard polystyrene core and always looks good. The colorful designs fit optimally to our jersey. The smooth skin doesn‘t slow us down.
